1. Service-Based Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Services – Once a project has been initiated and work has started, payments made are generally non-refundable.

• Advance Payments – All advance or milestone payments are non-refundable as they are used to allocate resources and initiate project work.

• Eligible Refunds – Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The project has not been started.

  • A written cancellation request is made within 3 working days of payment.

2. Return Policy (For Digital Services)

Since we provide intangible digital services, returns do not apply. However, we ensure revisions and adjustments are made as per the agreed project scope.

3. Project Cancellation

• If the client cancels the project after work has started, any payments made will be retained, and the client will be invoiced for any additional work completed beyond the initial payment.

• If cancellation is initiated by us due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a fair refund for the unfinished portion of the project.

4. Revisions & Adjustments

We provide revisions as per the agreed terms in the service contract. Any additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may be subject to extra charges but will not qualify for refunds.
